Experience Forty years experience as a chemical-environmental engineer, occupational health and safety professional, and building science practitioner.  Mr. Clark is expert in the management of hazardous chemicals and compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.  He is particularly adapt at analyzing damp buildings and identifying root causes and corrective actions  He is expert in investigating and diagnosing conditions that affect indoor environments including micro biological agents, odors, climate control, and noise.

Mr. Clark is qualified to serve as Field Agent for all major Green Building certifications:  LEED® for Homes, FGBC Green Home, and NAHB® Green Home.  He provides verification testing-inspection services to certify Energy Star®, Builder’s Challenge, EPA airPlus, Fortified … for safer living®, and Florida Water StarSM.  He performs verification inspection-testing necessary for multiple LEED® for Homes credits, including air balance, ventilation flow, and exhaust flows.
