Experience

Mr. Francke has thirty-nine years experience in various levels of manufacturing, R&D, process engineering, and management positions.  Mr. Francke is expert in compliance with EPA regulations, especially hazardous waste management (RCRA) and air emission permitting (Clean Air Act).   

Mr. Francke has fifteen years in chemical plant operations, five years of chemical processing R&D experience, and eleven years of environmental management experience for a major aerospace producer.  He also has three years experience running his own environmental consulting business.  His chemical plant experience includes process design, chemical plant operation and technical management. He has successfully participated and led three major chemical plant startups. 

He has served as an EMS ISO-14001 auditor and is experienced in auditing environmental management systems to the ISO-14001 standard.  He performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments conforming to ASTM 1527 and EPA’s requirement for all appropriate inquiry. 

Mr. Francke is particularly adapt at analyzing damp buildings and identifying root causes and corrective actions  He is expert in investigating and diagnosing conditions that affect indoor environments including micro biological agents, odors, and climate control. 

Mr. Francke is a member of the Palm Beach County Pollution Prevention Coalition and has served as Chairman of the Treasure Coast Pollution Prevention Coalition and as Secretary for the Air & Waste Management South Florida Chapter.
